Job Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive acquisition, activation, and conversion across OpNest’s partner journey. Your job is to build campaigns that are measurable, scalable, and ROI-driven — from landing pages and funnels to ads, WhatsApp re-engagement, and referral loops.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete growth funnel: traffic → leads → partner signups → activation
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta/Google) with clear CAC and ROAS targets
- Improve landing pages, pricing pages, and onboarding flows with conversion experiments
- Build WhatsApp + email re-engagement sequences (activation + renewals)
- Create monthly growth reports: funnel metrics, cohort insights, and action plans
- Coordinate with design + development teams to ship growth improvements fast
Required Skills
- 3+ years in growth marketing / performance marketing / funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads + creatives + targeting + analytics
- Experience with landing page CRO (A/B tests, heatmaps, tracking setup)
- Solid grip on UTMs, events, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution basics
- Good copy sense: you can write conversion-first messaging (not “generic marketing”)
- Comfortable with fast iteration, weekly experiments, and direct accountability
